Terms of service

Your MemoraHouse account is personal. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place under your account.

Only the account holder(s) may add entries, photos, and approve the book for printing.

Your account is active for up to 18 months from purchase. Your book must be reviewed and approved for print within that window. We'll send gentle reminders before access ends.

You retain full ownership of everything you upload, words, photos, and entries. We use your content solely to create your book and deliver our service. We do not sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.

Once you approve your book for printing, it enters production. Approval is final, printed books cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided your book has not yet been approved for printing.

MemoraHouse is intended for personal, family use. Please don't upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or that you don't have permission to share.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of meaningful changes by email.
